These General Terms of Use describe the conditions under which SAS Cardinal Lemoine provides access to and use of its website www.ricetteristorante.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”).
The services offered by the Site may only be used by a legally capable person, meaning an adult or an emancipated minor. By accepting to use all or part of the services offered by SAS Cardinal Lemoine on the Site, the User acknowledges being legally capable, agrees to be bound by these General Terms of Use without restriction or reservation, and confirms that they have read them in full.
These General Terms of Use are accessible via the footer of each page of the Site. They may be modified at any time by SAS Cardinal Lemoine. However, Users are only subject to the General Terms of Use in force at the time of their visit. The General Terms of Use take effect upon their publication on the Site.

For disputes with professionals and/or merchants, the competent courts shall be those of Paris, France.
